These terms govern your use of P2P Track ("the service") at p2ptrack.in. By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What P2P Track is

P2P Track is a simple tool for recording and sharing informal peer-to-peer loans — money lent between friends, family, or acquaintances. It lets you track a loan's balance, interest, and repayments, and share a link so both sides can see the same numbers.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

This is the most important thing to understand:

• P2P Track is not a bank, lender, money-transmitter, or financial institution, and it does not move, hold, or process money.
• It does not create, enforce, or guarantee any loan, debt, or agreement between you and anyone else. Any agreement is solely between you and the other person.
• The figures it shows — interest, balances, daily accrual, and similar — are estimates for your convenience and may not match any legally binding calculation. Verify anything important independently.
• Nothing in the service is financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.
• You are responsible for your actual agreements with the people you lend to or borrow from. P2P Track only records what you tell it.
• Keep your account credentials and any tracker links secure. As explained in our Privacy Policy, an unclaimed tracker's link can be used by anyone who has it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive;
• enter or upload other people's personal information without a lawful basis to do so;
• harass, threaten, or defame anyone, including through tracker names, notes, or screenshots;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service's security or infrastructure, or access data that isn't yours;
• scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its content.

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms.

Accounts

You may use some features without an account. To keep a tracker private to you, you claim it by signing in. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P2P Track and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — including any dispute over a loan, any inaccuracy in the figures, or any loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your trackers or account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
